We read the rule, not a summary of it. Every deadline we quote is traced to the authority's own bylaw or form, and names the section.
Nothing goes to an authority or your clients without your OK. A report is sent only after the tester approves it; a client reminder only after the tester approves the preview.

The company
Who runs it. Filed is a sole proprietorship run by Ethan Kerr in Victoria, BC. Ethan built the software, reads each water authority's own bylaw and test report form, and answers every message in writing. The person who replies is the person who runs it.
Report filing. A backflow tester emails a photo of a completed test report and gets it back on the authority's own form. In Burnaby and Nanaimo it is sent to the authority once the tester approves it, and the receipt is recorded; elsewhere the tester sends it. Free to water authorities.
Deadline tracking and reminders. For building owners and stratas, each building's test and report deadline under its own authority's rule. For testers, their clients reminded when a yearly test is due, with a link to book them.
